Easy Exchange Process

Exchange Instructions:

Please send the ring to us at the address below with a note including the box that says your order number, your new size request, and where you ordered from.

Please also know that we do not take back worn rings as exchanges or returns, but if you reach out, we can try to make some sort of deal.

Once we have received the returned ring, we will process the exchange and send you your new size.

Tip to speed up exchanges- Order a new ring in the correct size, and then we will refund the original ring transaction when we receive the ring back.

Note:

Ring must come back in the original condition

Exchange must occur within 30 days of purchase
